High-tech greenhouse complex with an area of 50 ha is located in the Republic of Dagestan near Yuniy Pakhar village.
The facility is slated to produce 24 816 tons of vegetables annually. The main cultivated crop is tomato.
The idea of a year-round supply of domestically produced fresh vegetables to the population of the Republic of Dagestan and the North Caucasian Federal District as well as the Central Federal District is at the root of the project. Due to the proximity to the consumer, the implementation of the project will allow replacing imported production with own affordable, fresh, organic vegetables of the best varieties.
The project is targeted at the largest markets of greenhouse vegetables in the Russian Federation - markets of the Republic of Dagestan, the North Caucasian Federal District and the Central Federal District.
The greenhouse complex is of great importance for the region. The construction and phased commissioning of the greenhouse facilities will create new permanent jobs, promote the development of civil engineering and road infrastructure in nearby settlements, and the complex will provide the population of the North Caucasian Federal District, as well as the Central Federal District, with high-quality domestic tomatoes.

Simultaneously with the construction of greenhouse facilities in framework of implementation of the government program "Integrated development of rural areas 2020-2025", the investor plans to build a housing complex on a plot of 50 000 m2.
The project provides for the construction of housing, as well as a kindergarten and school.
The housing is intended both for sale among the employees of the greenhouse complex and for other residents of the region. A preferential lending rate (2.7% per annum) will be applied for all of the objects.
